Research Discipline/Bio
Renda Sun is a doctoral student in Science Education at 911吃瓜. His research interests include climate change and sustainability education, STEM education, AI agents, and education policy. He serves as a research associate at both the Center for Sustainable Futures and the Center on Chinese Education, and as a Global Policy Fellow at 911吃瓜 College. He is also a course coordinator at Cornell University鈥檚 Civic Ecology Lab, supporting large-scale MOOCs on climate change, environmental, and nature education that reach thousands of learners worldwide.
Previously, Renda served as a research fellow at the International Centre for UNESCO ASPnet (ICUA) and as a Columbia University Global Thought Leadership Fellow working with UNICEF. Across these roles, he has contributed to international education research and initiatives focused on youth engagement, emerging technologies in education, and sustainable development across global communities.
