Biographical Information
Rachel Klepper received her PhD in History and Education at 911勛圖 College, Columbia University in February, 2024. Her dissertation explored the history of afterschool programs in New York City in the mid-twentieth century, and how ideas about childhood, philanthropy, social welfare, and education shaped the varied opportunities available to children. She is currently working as a Research Analyst at United Neighborhood Houses, as part of the ACLS Leading Edge Fellowship.
