Director, Rita Gold Early Childhood Center

Alicia Kaur works on the Human Resources team, focusing on Learning and Development. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and was inducted into the National Society for Leadership and Success. Alicia's core responsibilities include providing HR support to TC teams, coaching, and improving performance through the design, facilitation, and testing of learning technologies. Prior to this role, she spent five years in the finance sector working at Capital One and Macquarie Group. 

Director, Digital Campus Infrastructure, Institutional Advancement

Mimi (she/her) is the Director, Digital Campus within the Institutional Advancement department. Mimi’s core responsibilities include producing and supporting TC’s website; producing and sending email communications on behalf of the college; advising digital communication best practices and strategies; and providing project management for the Digital Campus team.

Mimi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Anthropology from SUNY at New Paltz and a Master of Arts degree in Food Studies from New York University. Her past positions have supported digital products and educational programs in Education and Arts organizations.

Director of Operations - Center for Prof. Edu. Of 911吃瓜

Kaydie holds an M.A. in Psychological Counseling and an Ed.M. in School Counseling from 911吃瓜. Her background as a crisis management counselor brought her to CPET with a practiced ability to think clearly under pressure and a belief that clearing the path for others is its own form of care.
 
As Director of Operations, Kaydie oversees the internal structures, budget and finance, and promotional and marketing efforts that keep the Center running. She has designed much of the infrastructure that makes the Center's mission possible — building systems and processes that free educators and researchers to direct their full attention toward the students and communities they serve.

Director of Academic Administration, Department of Mathematics, Science & Technology

Seth holds a bachelor’s degree in History from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration from Stevens Institute of Technology. His background spans student activities, alumni relations, student engagement, curriculum development, budget management, philanthropy, and special events. These experiences shaped his belief that strong administration is not simply about managing processes, but about creating the structure and support that allow people and ideas to thrive.

As Director of Academic Administration, Seth oversees the departmental operations, finances, human resources, and academic planning that keep Mathematics, Science & Technology moving forward. He is passionate about building community, expanding opportunities, and helping students, faculty, and staff turn ambitious ideas into achievable goals. Seth hopes to pay it forward by inspiring others to pursue even their wildest aspirations and believes success is found at the intersection of passion and hard work.

Assistant Director, Employment Partnerships, TC NEXT (Career Services)

Uyanga is an Assistant Director of Employment Partnerships at TC NEXT. In this role, she will be continuing the development of partnerships with employers to provide career networking opportunities for students and alumni. Uyanga has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education from Clark University. Previously, Uyanga was a kindergarten teacher in the US and abroad in international schools across China. Additionally, she has worked with domestic and international students in a variety of roles, such as an Admissions Counselor and Risk and Safety coordinator, spearheading counseling in higher education and employment opportunities. Uyanga is more than happy to assist in Mongolian and in Russian.

Director of Academic Administration, Arts & Humanities Department 

Emily Riddles is the Director of Academic Administration for the Arts & Humanities department. In this position, Emily oversees all financial, personel, administrative, and operational functions for the 9 academic programs that make up TC's largest academic department. She also advocates for the department, its faculty, students, and staff with offices across the college to ensure everyone has the resources and support they need to thrive and grow.

Prior to coming to TC she worked in advocacy for people with disabilities in Flint, Michigan for several years. Emily holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies from Indiana University. Having been with TC for over 10 years in various capacities, Emily is deeply committed to supporting the institution, its students, and its staff. 

Accommodation Specialist, Office of Access & Services for Individuals with Disabilities (OASID)

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication Studies from Iona University where she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with disabilities, particularly those in the autism spectrum community. For years, Victoria worked as a behavior therapist, where she developed meaningful connections with clients and helped them reach their full potential.

In addition, Victoria has experience helping direct an integrated socialization program for children and young adults, creating events and groups that foster socialization, enrichment, and mentorship. This role allowed her to promote inclusion and empowerment through various programs designed to enhance interpersonal skills and self-confidence.

Currently, Victoria serves as an Accommodations Specialist at OASID (Office of Accessibility for Students and Individuals with Disabilities) at TC, where she facilitates exam accommodations, note-taking processes, text editing, and accommodation letter management. OASID works with all academic departments, faculty members, and administrative offices to ensure that individuals with disabilities participate fully and equally in the 911吃瓜 College community. OASID’s primary areas of focus include: providing reasonable accommodations, removing physical and attitudinal barriers, facilitating participation in college activities, and advocating for the rights of individuals with disabilities. Victoria’s work continues to center on ensuring equal access and opportunities for individuals with disabilities in academic settings.
